Your privacy will be protected and we won’t use your real name unless you give us permission and we won’t share your information with anyone. Your answers to surveys will be used for future editions of the book, and also to give the authors information on experiences women are having so that we can continue to point out problems in the care of plus-size women.
Current Surveys Plus-Size Conception: Did you have problems conceiving? Did you take fertility drugs or have PCOS? Are you trying to conceive right now? If so, your answers to this survey can help us gather information that will help other women and further research in this area. I would like to participate in this survey. Plus-Size Pregnancy: Are you pregnant now or did you have a baby while plus-size? If so, we need your input and stories to help educate others and get the word out that plus-size pregnant women have important concerns. I would like to participate in this survey. Plus-Size Nursing: Nursing your baby is a wonderful way to bond and deliver some great health benefits to your child. Are you nursing your baby now or did you do so in the past? If so, we need your input. I would like to participate in this survey. Plus-Size Parenthood: Are you a plus-size mom? We want to hear about your experiences, your concerns, and your solutions.
